           At Eash Law, we value and protect your privacy.  We thank you for the trust that you place in us and we want you to know that the information you share with us will be treated with care.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

          You should feel secure in knowing that Eash Law does not sell or share personal information with marketers.

Collecting Information About You

          When you visit our website, we give you an opportunity to provide information in order for Eash Law to determine if we can serve your needs.  We also automatically maintain web logs of the website activities for standard analytics and diagnostics information.  We use web analytics software, including Google Analytics, to track and analyze user statistics for eashlaw.us. By using cookies, we are able to track information regarding how our website is used. Information we collect includes the amount of time a visitor spends on our site, pages viewed, the referring site, average visits per day, new versus returning users, and entry and exit pages. We do not tie a specific visit to a specific IP address.  Information You Submit on eashlaw.us

          When you visit our website, we provide an opportunity for you to submit information to Eash Law in order for us to determine if we can serve your needs.  Specific pages of eashlaw.us provide submission fields that permit you to submit personally identifiable information along with an inquiry.  The personally identifiable information collected through the submission form includes your name, address, phone number, and email.  It is your decision whether to submit the information to Eash Law directly through eashlaw.us or to contact Eash Law via a different form of communication.  Your decision is voluntary and is not required by Eash Law in order to utilize the website.  In lieu of submitting information via eashlaw.us,  you may submit your inquiries via mail to P.O. Box 58, Middlebury, IN 46540, or by contacting us by phone at 574.825.9665.  If you choose to submit information through eashlaw.us, you must complete all required fields in the submission form.  By submitting the form, you voluntarily “opt-in” to the uses of your submitted information, including your personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, and email) described herein.

Using Your Personal Information

          Eash Law does not sell or share customer information with entities outside of Eash Law who may want to market to you their own products and services.  You do not need to take any action for this benefit.  Eash Law uses your information to determine if we are capable of serving your needs.  Eash Law may share your personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as our web hosting service providers.  Eash Law is governed by the Rules of Professional Conduct in the states that its attorneys are licensed.  As such, Eash Law must first perform a conflict check to determine if our firm is prevented from representing you as a result of a current or former client.  Your information will be provided to a Eash Law attorney in the practice area for which you are seeking information. The Eash Law attorney will gather any remaining information necessary to perform a complete conflict check.  The information you provide does not create a client-lawyer relationship and no information disclosed to Eash Law through the website will prohibit the firm from representing a different client in the same matter.  We use the information you provide to perform conflict checks, locate an attorney in the relevant practice area, and provide follow-up correspondences.

          If you voluntarily submit information online, we may share information with third parties as required by law.  We may also disclose personal information to protect the rights and property of Eash Law and it’s attorney and staff.

 Linked Sites

          Third parties may choose to place ads, hyperlinks, embed codes, or other items that link their website to the Eash Law website.  Eash Law may also provide links or imbed codes to third party sites on its website, which likely have privacy policies that differ from that of Eash Law.  Eash Law does not accept responsibility or otherwise warrant the degree of privacy protection provided by any third party website that is linked to eashlaw.us.  Eash Law is not responsible for the activities or practices that take place on any linked site and is not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting other sites.  This privacy policy applies exclusively to eashlaw.us and does not relate to any third party website.  Eash Law may choose to perform tracking and reporting activities associated with the sites providing the links to eashlaw.us.  This information would enable Eash Law to learn which links bring users to the company website.

Children’s Privacy

          Eashlaw.us is not intended for use by children.  We do not knowingly solicit data online from, or market online to, children under the age of 13.  If we obtain personally identifiable information in error on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems upon notification that the individual is under the age of 13.

COMMUNICATION CHOICES

          Eash Law respects the choices that you make regarding your privacy.  You may request that Eash Law terminate communication with you.  If you decide that you no longer wish to receive communications, you may submit a request to opt-out of such communication.  You can make your request by:

Access or Changes to Your Information

          If you wish to make an adjustment to information that you have submitted to Eash Law via eashlaw.us, please correspond with the attorney assigned to your inquiry.  If an attorney has not yet been assigned to your inquiry, you may send a letter to P.O. Box 58, Middlebury, IN 46540 or call us locally at 574.825.9665.  Upon your request, if still available, Eash Law will provide a copy for your review of the information you previously submitted.  Eash Law does not provide access to your submitted inquiry via eashlaw.us.  Eash Law will maintain your information for a period of time to be determined by Eash Law.

SECURING YOUR INFORMATION

          We take reasonable precautions to provide security that is appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we collect.  We, however, cannot guaranty the security of information transferred over the Internet.  Information submitted through eashlaw.us is not encrypted and is not transferred over a secure connection.  Accordingly, you should not submit confidential or sensitive information through the website.        Your submissions over the website are at your own risk.

APPLICABILITY OF THE ONLINE PRIVACY STATEMENT

          This Eash Law Online Privacy Statement applies to all users of eashlaw.us.  This Online Privacy Statement may be modified or updated from time to time.  No notice will be provided to the users of eashlaw.us regarding the modifications or updates made to the Online Privacy Statement.  Eash Law encourages users to periodically review this Online Privacy Statement.  The date of any update or modification will be located in the fourth paragraph of this Online Privacy Statement.  If no date is designated in the fourth paragraph, then no modification or update has occurred.
