Eash Law does not sell or share customer information with entities outside of Eash Law who may want to market to you their own products and services. You do not need to take any action for this benefit. Eash Law uses your information to determine if we are capable of serving your needs. Eash Law is governed by the Rules of Professional Conduct in the states that its attorneys are licensed. As such, Eash Law must first perform a conflict check to determine if our firm is prevented from representing you as a result of a current or former client. Your information will be provided to a Eash Law attorney in the practice area for which you are seeking information. The Eash Law attorney will gather any remaining information necessary to perform a complete conflict check. The information you provide does not create a client-lawyer relationship and no information disclosed to Eash Law through the website will prohibit the firm from representing a different client in the same matter. We use the information you provide to perform conflict checks, locate an attorney in the relevant practice area, and provide follow-up correspondences.
